What data we process

• Technical data when you visit: IP address, browser type and the page requested. Our server and Cloudflare process it to keep the site running securely. We do not use it to identify you or for advertising.
• Language choice: the site remembers which language you are viewing it in.
• Messages: if you write to us on Messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram or by email, or call us, we receive your name, contact details and what you tell us. We use them only to reply and to handle your purchase.
• We use no analytics or advertising cookies and we do not sell data.

Cookies

• vm_locale – remembers your language, kept for 1 year. Needed for the site to work.
• Cloudflare security cookies (for example __cf_bm) – help tell people from bots, kept for up to 30 minutes.
• Admin session cookie – only for shop staff who sign in to manage the site.
• Google Maps – the map in the contact section loads from Google. Google may receive your IP address and set its own cookies under the Google privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).

Third parties

The site is delivered and protected by Cloudflare, Inc. The map is provided by Google Ireland Limited. Links to Facebook, Messenger and WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) and Telegram open those services, where their own terms apply to your data. Some of these companies may process data outside the European Union under the EU standard contractual clauses.

Legal basis and retention

We process technical data in our legitimate interest in running the site securely. We process message data to answer your question or complete a purchase. We keep message history for as long as needed for that conversation and for accounting.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict its processing and to object to it. Write to us at [email protected]. If you believe your data has been processed unlawfully, you can complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (www.dvi.gov.lv).
